Through Lumina Foundation for Education, like-minded organizations work with states to recalibrate higher education spending to graduate many more students than the nation is on track to educate. This productivity effort offers perspectives on these issues in higher education through the lens of our policy priorities:

3) Educate and train in affordable ways
