Each lever has an overview page and links to sources both in the TTC Research Database and on the web.

Policy Options

Policy Options features policy suggestions for changes at the federal-, state- and institution-level that can begin to reverse current time to completion trends.

The Idea Library

The Idea Library details policies, programs, and practices that states, systems, and colleges and universities have implemented to impact time to completion. The ideas listed range from "tried and true" to new, untested approaches.

TTC Research Database

TTC Research Database is a database containing reports and research relevent to time to completion. The database is organized by four main categories: Demographics, institution Type, Policy Lever, and Policy Level. A user is able to search resources using multiple categories, in flexible combinations.

The TTC project uses delicious to save articles, mostly from higher education trade publications, newspapers, blogs, or institutions, that reference time to completion, or any of the factors impacting time to completion.
