June 2009 Thinking Big in a Crisis

Is postsecondary education in a crisis? What trends, for better or worse, are reshaping postsecondary education? What will postsecondary education look like ten years from now? How can we prepare for these changes? What lessons can be distilled from other industries that can help policymakers think more creatively?

These and other questions were tackled by a group of forty industry leaders, including many from postsecondary education, gathering for Thinking Big in a Crisis, a one-day meeting on June 22, 2009 in Washington D.C.
